It makes me sad seeing how this fandom can be sometimes. this fandom used to feel like an escape from the world's problems, but all the petty drama that goes on and the way some people act upsets me to see. i just want everyone to be happy and get along as corny as it sounds. please do your best to be kind to one another.
regardless id like to say i appreciate you all, this community has made the past month or so very special and im thankful for all the support
Sometimes I feel sad about the fact that we can’t expect a continuation of Ongezellig any time soon for obvious reasons. I'm very worried about the future of this animation project...
@Moonlight2006 You're gonna absolutely shit your pants when you find out about what I'm doing ahahaha. By the way you wouldn't happen to have any useful skills would you?
@The-Quack Unfortunately, no, because I myself am in search of what I can do to be useful in a creative society.
You shouldn't feel corny let alone bad for simply wanting there to be little conflict in a fandom. I'm in the same boat as you. I do sometimes feel a little lame for wanting to step in and de-escalate a heated exchange in this fandom, but I know deep down that it's the right thing to do. Don't let all this petty drama discourage you. I'd say the drama that happens here is extremely tame compared to in other fandoms. If you see one happening, you'd probably be able to stop it.
